Handmade in Australia, our 100% cotton Australian wheat and lavender wheat packs with moveable cover can be used as either a heat or cold pack.
Measuring appox. 27 x 15cm.
To heat: Place in the microwave with a mug of water to avoid the wheat drying out, for 1.5 to 2 minutes.
To cool: Place in the freezer for 30 - 60 minutes.
CAUTION: Wheat is flammable when heated for too long. Microwave in 30 second burst and do not heat unattended.
